IPI World Congress 2018 has ended

The International Press Institute (IPI) held its 2018 annual World Congress in Abuja, Nigeria from 21-23 June 2018. Under the theme “Why Good Journalism Matters”, the World Congress affirmed the indispensable role of quality media in building strong societies, showcasing investigative stories and projects that bring positive change to individuals and communities in Africa and around the world.

With a decade of experience, he’s worked across different media platforms from print, radio, television, online and digital media. He was a pioneer news editors/producer at 99.3 Nigeria Info, 96.9 Cool FM and 95.1 Wazobia FM in Lagos. His career started as a reporter at the defunct NEXT Newspaper (234next.com) published by African-born Pulitzer Prize winner, Dele Olojede, where he rose to become the metro editor.
